A. Admit you have sinned.

 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"-Romans 3:23

B.Believe in Jesus. 

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life"-John 3:16

C. Confess and leave your sin. 

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness"-1 John 1:9
